Enjoy a seven day/six night private charter aboard "LAS SIRENAS" a 46' Polynesian Catamaran Wharram design built in Victoria, Canada. The trip starts on the Rio Dulce and takes you to the worlds second largest barrier reef in Belize.

Las Sirenas has 4 double & 2 single beds. A 46'X20' sloop with ample deck space, the perfect boat for a private charter at $450per day (maximum 8 people) or take our regularly scheduled trip that starts every Friday all year round.

With the abundance of marine life, beautiful breezes and friendly crew, it is understandable that so many travelers sail with us. From the deck of Las Sirenas the sea is just a few feet away. Waves breaking on the reef form a shimmering white line visible as far as the eye can see.Water colors range from transparent at the edge of the Yacht to brilliant electric blues over sandy beaches to the deep turquoise of the patch reefs.The waters complete the picture for those searching for and outer island tropical adventure. Viewing underwater of 100 to 150 feet is common on the reef, where huge coral heads reach toward the surface. The barrier reef is and endless mountain range of dramatic walls and undulating coral ridges blessed with calm waters and hundreds of coral pinnacles and patch coral heads. Las Sirenas, with a draft of only 3' can go in waters where other boats only dream of going. Anchored within a few feet of the reef,makes fishing at it's best. With two large hammocks hanging 2' above the water gives you the pleasure of touching the dolphins while underway, also a great place to relax or sleep during the night. Everyone has their own room where you have privacy when you want it. A salon for reading or relaxing, two toilets, a full galley where gourmet meals are prepared by our 5 star chef. With fishing gear, you can catch large fish while trolling, linefish while at anchor and spearfish with the Captain. Snorkeling gear for viewing tropical fish only inches away. Two kayak boards so you can visit the nearby islands covered with white sand and coconut trees. A launch with motor to transport you to different areas for swimming and snorkeling.

During this seven day adventure you will visit the spectacular Rio Dulce Canyon, The Caribbean village of Livingston, Punta Manabique, the hot springs and of course the Barrier reef in Belize.

FOUR DAYS ON THE RIO DULCE

PRACTICE SPANISH while SAILING with US

RIO DULCE CANYON-LIVINGSTON-LAGO IZABAL-HOT WATERFALLS-OLD SPANISH FORT-RIO TATIN-HOT SULFUR SPRINGS-MANATEE RESERVE-FINCA PARAISO-SWIMMING & MORE.

Price & Agenda: Single occupancy $195, double occupancy $175 p/person (one double bed for two). Taxes included in the prices. Boarding time 1-3 PM in Fronteras at (RIO BRAVO) on the Rio Dulce. At 3 PM sail to Castillo de San Felipe for a visit in the Old Spanish Fort. After, board yacht & set sail into the sunset on Lago Izabal with dinner under the stars. Sat. morning breakfast, then a 30 min. walk through a productive ranch & lush jungle, arriving at the beautiful hot waterfalls to enjoy 2-3 hours relaxing in natural steam caves, hot & cold whirlpools within a surrounding jungle atmosphere. Returning to the yacht midday for lunch, hoist the sails then cross the lake at speeds up to 20 knots. Late afternoon cruse down river anchoring near howler monkeys for the night. Sunday morning breakfast, then down river passing by the Manatee Park, next the hot sulfur springs for a dip, up the beautiful Tatin River for a cold spring swim, and on down through the Rio Dulce canyon to Livingston for a 2-3 hour visit. Now back up the Rio Dulce while enjoying wildlife at it’s best, (sunset sail & dinner). Monday morning breakfast, a swim, return to Fronteras before noon.

THE CARIBBEAN EXPERIENCE

Seven Days & Six Nights – Rio Dulce to the Belize Barrier Reef & Island

Price & Agenda: Single occupancy $415, double occupancy $390 p/person (one double bed for 2 people). Boarding time 1-3 PM in Fronteras at RIO BRAVO on the Rio Dulce. Transportation to the Rio Dulce can be arranged. We set sail at 3 PM down the Rio Dulce & into the sunset for dinner. Sat. Morning we continue down the Rio Dulce into the canyon & on to Livingston. While visiting Livingston 2-3 hours the captain prepares departure papers for Belize. Noon we sail across the bay to Punta Manabique, arriving early evening for a swim & sunset dinner. Sun. early morning raise the sails for Belize, arriving at the barrier reef before noon for a swim & snorkel dive on the Worlds 2nd Largest Reef. Three days visiting islands, enjoying & having fun in the sun. With luck we will see the friendly Whaleshark & swim with him. Returning to Rio Dulce before midday on Thursday. Sail away with us, on this large Catamaran where everyone has room to relax and sunbathe without feeling crowded. Las Sirenas with a 46’ length & 20’ wide you can move about with plenty of room for everyone.
